Currency Transactions

The CB "COMERTBANK" JSC carries out transaction in any point of the world through the correspondent network, in safety and in the shortest terms, for the benefit of individuals.

Individuals can carry out transaction abroad in conformity, with the Currency Regulating Rules of the Republic of Moldova, dated 13.01.1994 and with the subsequent changes and additions.

Transactions initiated by individuals can be carried out:

• From the current account;
• By means of foreign currency cash brought to the cash department of the bank;
• By entering moldovian lei into the cash department of bank for further conversion.
• The individual must fill in the payment order, specifying the following (obligatory) items:
• The sender's initials;
• The sum of transaction and the currency;
• The name of the intermediary bank;
• The name of the recipient bank;
• The name and  the number of recipient's account;
• The purpose of transaction (family charges, study, treatment, purchase of goods for personal using).

Foreign currency transaction for the benefit of an individual.

Transactions from abroad can be received in unlimited sums with the intermidiary of the bank. The fallowing necessary data must be filled in for a fast transaction:

• The recipient's initials;
• Recipient's number of  account   (or the identification data and the address);
• The name of the recipient's bank;
• The name of the intermediary bank.

The means received on the individual's account from abroad can be used in different ways, in particular:

• The cash may be given out through the cash department of the bank;
• The cash may be converted in national currency by filling the application for conversion;
• The cash may be transfered on the client's current account.

Transactions abroad are carried out according to the on Currency Regulation Rules of the Republic of Moldova.

For the received and sent transactions a commission is raised according to the authorized tariffs of the bank.

Operations on purchase / sale of a foreign currency.

The bank gives the opportunity to exchange a foreign currency for Moldavian lei and also for any other foreign currency. The sale /purchase operations with the foreign currency in cash are carried out according to the rate of exchange established by the  bank's cash department. Exchange, also can, is made by means of the rest on the current account of the client of bank. The exchange rate depends on the sum. For realization of purchase / sale of a foreign currency, from the current account, the client fills the application of the established form.
