Transfers in Foreign Currency upon Request of Individuals

Commercial Bank "COMERTBANK" JSC effectuates transfers in foreign currency to any place in the world in short terms by means of the network of correspondent banks.

Individuals may effectuate transfers abroad in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Money transfers upon individual's request may be carried out at the expense of:

• the means from his/her current account;
• the funds in foreign currency brought to the cash department of the bank;
• the financial resources in Moldavian lei brought to the cash department of the bank, with their further converting to foreign currency.

One must fill in a payment order, where the following information should be indicated:

• surname and name of the payer;
• sum and currency of the transfer;
• surname and bank account of the recipient;
• bank of the recipient;
• intermediary bank;
• purpose of transfer (for instance, expenses for supporting a family, studies, treatment, purchasing certain items).

Transfers from abroad in Foreign Currency in favor of Individuals

To ensure the arrival of transfers from abroad in a short period of time, the sender should receive the following information from the individual, the recipient of the payment:

• surname and name of the recipient;
• number of the bank account (if it is open);
• number of the identity card;
• full address;
• name of the correspondent bank.

At the individual's request transfers received from abroad may be:

• paid in cash in foreign currency;
• paid in cash in Moldavian lei;
• placed in a current account;

Transferred abroad in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova .

Services for both sending and receiving transfers in foreign currency are paid for according to the tariffs of the bank.
