Opening and Maintaining Accounts

1. Opening the current accounts to the enterprises with the legal status of physical person and to individuals  residents, carrying out an enterprise activity.

A) To open the current account, the enterprises with the status of physical person, which are registered in the State Registration Chamber at the Ministry of Information

Development according to the current legislation, must present the following documents:

• The application for opening the account (the Appendix №1);
• A card with samples of signatures and a seal certified notarial, 2 copies (the Appendix №2);
• A copy of the certificate on assignment of a fiscal code or a copy of the document recognized as such;
• An extract from the State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, given by the State Registration Chamber at the Ministry for Information Development (the Appendix №3);
• A copy of the document certifying the identity of the person, that gives documents for opening the account.

B) To open a current account, the enterprises with the legal status of physical person and physical persons residents, carrying out enterprise activity, registered in other state bodies according to the current legislation, must give the following documents:

• The application for opening the account (the Appendix №1);
• A card with samples of signatures and a seal, certified notarial, 2 copies (the Appendix №2). If there is no seal, the marked card should contain the samples of signatures;
• A copy of the certificate on assignment of a fiscal code or a copy of the document recognized as such (for persons that must have this document according to the current legislation);
• A copy of the state registration document or a copy of the document confirming that the firm is allowed to realise economic activity;
• A copy of constituent documents, if there are such documents;
• A copy of the document certifying the identity of the person, giving documents for opening the account.

2. Opening the current accounts to individuals, residents and non-residents who fail the enterprise activity or other kind of activity

А) To open the current account, physical persons residents and non-residents who fail the enterprise activity or other kind of activity,must give the following documents:

• The application for opening the account (the Appendix №4);
• A copy of the document certifying the identity of the owner of the account.

B) The signature of the owner of the account is imposed in the data card of the bank independently, in the presence of the person responsible for opening of the account,.

3. Opening the current accounts to the enterprises with the legal status of the physical person and to physical persons residents carrying out enterprise activity

А) To open a current account, the enterprises with the legal status of the physical person which according to the current legislation are registered in the State Registration Chamber at the Ministry Information Development, must give the following documents:

• The application for opening the account (the Appendix №1);
• A card with samples of signatures and a seal, certified notarial, 2 copies (the Appendix №2).
• A copy of the certificate on assignment of a fiscal code or a copy of the document recognized as such;
• An extract from the State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, given by the State Registration Chamber at the Ministry for Information Development (the Appendix №3);
• A copy of the document certifying the identity of the person, giving documents for opening the account.

B) To open the current account, the enterprises with the status of the physical person and physical persons residents carrying out enterprise activity, who according to the current legislation are registered in other state bodies, must give the following documents:

• The application for opening  the account (the Appendix №1);
• A card with samples of signatures and a seal, certified notarial of 2 copies (the Appendix №2). e is no seal, the card should contain samples of signatures;
• A copy of the certificate on assignment of a fiscal code or a copy of the document recognized as such (for persons who must have this documents according to the current legislation);
• A copy of the state registration document or a copy of the document, confirming that the firm (individual) is allowed to realise economic activity;
• A copy of constituent documents, if there are such documents;
• A copy of the document certifying the identity of the person, giving documents for opening the account.

4. Opening the current accounts to resident and non-resident individuals who fail the enterprise activity

А) To open the current account, resident and non-resident individuals who fail the enterprise activity or other kind of activity, must give the following documents:

• The application for opening the account (the Appendix №4);
• A copy of the document certifying the identity of the owner of the account.
