Guarantee
The bank guarantee is the bank's liability and upon request and due to the means of the client, to pay to the beneficiary of the guarantee the stipulated sum of money against receiving the beneficiary's requirement for payment in a written form.
The bank may issue different types of guarantees. One will be helped by the experts of bank to chose the type of guarantee.
Choosing the type of guarantee corresponding to the type of transaction may help avoid the risk of non-payment for a commercial contract.
